Orders, Processing & Shipping

All items sold by The Pixel Charm Bar are handmade, personalized, and assembled specifically for each order. Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be made and prepared for shipment. Orders are packed and mailed on our regular weekly shipping day. Once shipped, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for delivery within the US.

All Sales Are Final

Because every item is individually handmade and personalized just for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. We are unable to resell or reuse personalized pieces, so please review your order carefully before checking out.

Damaged or Defective Items

While all sales are final, we still want you to love what you receive! If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@thepixelcharmbar.com within 7 calendar days of delivery with a photo of the item, and we will do our best to make it right with a replacement.
